Ceramics
All of our Ceramics are hand poured at Simply Quimby, cleaned by amazing people and then fired for you to paint in our store or take them home.
Although we try very hard to make them as perfect as possible, we are not mass producing with machines, we make them by hand so they could have some imperfections.
For shipped items: we will ship within 2 weeks of the placement of orders, for large orders it could take up to 6 weeks to receive them.

For all shipping orders:
All ceramics are hand poured, cleaned and fired. They could have could be minor imperfections. Prior to shipment we will send you photographs of the completed product for your inspection. Once you have responded with the satisfaction agreement, we will ship the item(s).
If for some reason the product is damaged during shipping, please email us photograph(s) of damage, including package and product to: Barbara@simplyquimby.com
